Buena, pero no es posible q no tengan planta de emergencia efectiva!!!

Habitaciones limpias buena ubicación, atención amable

1. Se fue la luz en la noche y arranco la planta de emergencia pero aun con ella no prendía el aire acondionado y hacia mucho calor, al día siguiente se fue nuevamente la luz en la mañana y ya no arranco la planta de emergencia, no pude cargar mi teléfono y nuevamente no había aire acondicionado. 2. Mi estancia incluía desayuno y solo eran huevos, me queda claro que es un desayuno sencillo pero creo q podrían incluir chilaquiles, enchiladas, molletes, es decir más variedad aunque sea sencillo

Bien en general, pero creo que puede mejorar es esos aspectos

La piscina se veía turbia el agua, creo que no la aspiraron en la noche anterior.

Los colchones de las camas están muy duros y un poco deformes y es muy incomodo dormir, las cortinas de la ventana estan muy viejas y sucias.

Un detalle sumamente importante es que la alberca estaba muy sucia; considero que no siendo grande, no debería haber pretexto para mantenerla limpia. Posterior a mi viaje presenté un terrible cuadro de Sinusitis Infecciosa.

Bueno.

Hice mi reservación con jacuzzi y al llegar al establecimiento, me informaron que solo era con camas dobles, por lo que solicité cambio de habitación a una que cumpliera con mi solicitud. Así lo hicieron y me cobraron la diferencia,solo que la srita de la recepción, parece que le molesta hacer su trabajo, al final, si me cambiaron pero a regañadientes.

El servicio en el comedor, al menos el día de nuestro desayuno (12 de mayo) genial la atención del mesero, muy amable y atento.

Good for the price hotel

The location is great, close to the center of the city, there is food nearby a church and easy to get uber or taxis there. The room was clean, and big, we also enjoyed the balcony very much. We did not use the pool , however did see it was used frequently. Hopefully next time we visit we can use their pool.

Breakfast, food wise was really good, however, the staff at the restaurant wasn't the best. I tried to order via phone and the staff was brushing me off, did not ask once about specifics to the order for example, if you want coffee or juice with their combos or green or red chilaquiles. (on their menu it gave multiple options) so in the end he'd just say.. yes yes and brought us up whatever he wanted. I called the front desk and they said they would help, but did nothing. so moments later the food was already at my door. In my family we never waste food so we were not going to reject it and had to eat what they sent. The food was not of bad quality, in the end it was good, but the communication/staff issue is what bothered me. Note: the room service is not room charged, you have to pay cash only, to the waiter that brings up the food. Also their safe in the room was blocked the whole time we were there, so we were unable to use it, I suggest one checks this always upon arrival.

We would go back!

The oversized bath tub was a huge bonus that we didn't expect. Easy to find a taxi, and there's an OXXO and restaurants just around the corner.

My little one was sad that the pool was too cold for swimming. That says a lot, because he's fine with cold water! While it's not too far from downtown as the crow flies, it's very hilly and not an area you'd want to walk with your family.

nice classic hotel. Bathrooms are clean beds are moderately comfortable , the room are good size

The breakfast is classic Mexican food. The pool is good ,The room is pretty good.

All around for me it was a classic Mexican hotel

Nice little hotel a short 10 minute walk from the centre.

Nice little hotel with pool and a garden.

A bit dated and had the most complicated procedure for operating the safe in the room.

Location, 1.5 kilometer to our friend we were visiting. Very convenient for us.

No hot water for the shower. Water in swimming pool was also cold.

Not the best place to be

When I checked in the lady gave me the key of another Room was already occupied. Yes, was already occupaied. What kind of attention is that? That is very dangerous. One or the waiters in the small restaurant horrible service. Very, very slow

Many things Location is not the best even when is close to downtown

in all it was a pleasant stay

it was perfect location

the property was fine. what I did not like was that we were 3 in the room, we had to beg them for a 3rd towel, and they refused to give us a 2nd and 3rd hand towels The food in the restaurant was very good, but it took over an hour to get served
